**About the role -** **We are seeking an Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island Education Liaison Officer who will be required to demonstrate competency in culturally appropriate and general support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, their families, and the College. The role holder provides individualised support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and parents to promote student learning. A major focus of the role is one of attitude and personal attributes.
**About you - **The successful applicant operates in a manner to enhance a respectful understanding and appreciation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, culture and spirituality to members of the College community.

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
