**THE ROLE**:
Join SSP Marketing division as **Events Associate**, **Part-Time (3 days a week) **and take responsibility for planning and coordinating educational surgical observations, virtual surgical observations and customer experience programs for Health Care Professionals (HCPs).

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Planning and coordinating educational surgical observations, virtual surgical observations, customer experience programs and manufacturing site visits for Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
- Developing and implementing HCP events in line with our strategic plans, managing event budgets and expenses, and maintaining detailed records of events.
- Working with Product Managers, Marketing Managers and Training teams to ensure events meet compliance guidelines for HCP interactions.
- Gathering and assessing event feedback to continuously improve our event management activities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- A high degree of autonomy, ability to use initiative and work with a minimum of guidance and direction.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
