**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of educational programs and practices.
- Mentor and support educators in delivering high-quality educational experiences.
- Ensure the curriculum is developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant, and inclusive.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes a growth mindset.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments of children’s learning and development.
- Collaborate with families to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the program.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of early childhood education trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including the National Quality Framework (NQF).
- Assist in the professional development of staff through training and workshops.
- Create and maintain an engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum).
- Actively studying towards an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Demonstrated experience in early childhood education settings.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Passionate about fostering a growth mindset in young children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
