Align Kitchens is a well-established, family-owned kitchen renovation company based in Red Hill and Geebung, QLD, providing Brisbane homes with custom cabinetry for 25 years. We are experts in designing and installing custom cabinetry for kitchens as well as bathrooms, laundries, and walk-in wardrobes. We also run a successful cafe onsite (ideal for a coffeeholic) and have a new gallery space downstairs.
**Role Description**
This role will ideally suit someone who has been in the renovation/kitchen industry however it is not a pre-requisite. If you are looking for a change of scenery, this may also be for you. This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Align Kitchens, located in Red Hill, QLD.
The salary offered will be between **$60k-$75k** per year depending on your skill level, qualifications and experience.
The position advertised is to work a roster from Tuesday to Saturday (9am - 4:30pm & 8:30am - 3pm respectively) however, this may be negotiable based on what you can offer the team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to designers, management and colleagues. Manage phone calls, communication, and general clerical skills.
Responsibilities also include organising digital files and other documents for the office, and supporting staff members as needed.
Basically, become the company's new PA in a relaxed environment while being able to welcome clients as they come in and talk about our services (we will provide the training).
Furthermore, it would be a huge bonus if you have the drive to assist with planning for events that we want to start incorporating into the gallery we have onsite such as cooking classes, wine/cheese testings, corporate meetings, small parties etc. We like to keep things fun, artsy and exciting
**Required skills**:
- Strong administrative assistance skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Experience in administrative assistance
- Proficient with clerical skills and maintaining accuracy and grammar
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and prioritise appropriately
- High degree of attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in the building or construction industry is a plus, but not necessary.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
