Our Opportunity:
Reporting to the General Manager Western Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for all strategic, safety, operational and financial aspects of various Contracting teams based in Picton, Bunbury. Driving a culture of continuous improvement to ensure efficient delivery, you will create an environment which is open, transparent and accountable. Your ambition to lead and mentor a team, will be demonstrated by your guidance and support to ensure individual development, growth and high performance.

You will be an accomplished and agile operational leader with strong technical skills, effective leadership and a high level of commercial and financial acumen. Effective communication, enthusiasm, professionalism and the ability to influence at all levels is essential. You have proven evidence of delivering results in a fast-paced environment and the ability to drive a safety first approach across the business in line with Fulton Hogan's "Living Safely" Culture.

Your Contribution:

- Prior management experience of 8+ years, ideally demonstrating full accountability for all commercial, financial, leadership and operational aspects of an asphalting business;
- Proven leadership qualities - the ability to lead change whilst driving team engagement;
- The commercial acumen to improve business performance in challenging markets;
