**About the Role**

As a Case Manager, you will be reporting to the Team Leader and you will working to achieve permanency for children and young people in Out of Home Care. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney's South West.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement high-quality individual plans for children and young people;
- Develop and maintain functional and supportive relationships with children and families in to achieve positive outcomes;
- Support the needs of children with a case plan of restoration, or children identified for guardianship or adoption.

**Skills and Experience required**
- Relevant qualifications in social work, psychology, or welfare/community services
- Be able to demonstrate casework experience working with children and young people who have experienced complex trauma
- Experience in working with children and families from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) backgrounds
- Well-developed understanding of permanency placement principles
- Highly developed conflict resolution skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Current NSW driver’s license
- Covid-19 Vaccination
