Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Consult with senior management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices specific to the logistics and transportation sector.
- Collaborate with operations and safety teams to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and mediate disputes to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, coaching, and feedback to enhance employee performance and development.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide sites.
- Manage recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees to ensure a talented and diverse workforce.
- Collaborate senior leadership, analyse trends, and provide insights to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Requirements of the role:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field or HR certification is a plus.
- Experience as a HR Generalist in the Industrial or Blue Collar.
- Experience in ER, Fair Work Case management, and IR.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Effective engagement strategies and the ability to build influential relationships.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software tools.
