**Your role**
Reporting to the Manager of Finance, the NDIS Coordinator focuses on supporting DADAA’s NDIS and Client Management systems, including delivering evidence to DADAA Finance, and ensuring that all NDIS Portal claims and records are accurate.

Some of the broad duties you can expect to perform in this role include:

- Maintain a fully compliant and confidential data base of all DADAA clients.
- Manage monthly NDIS claims on behalf of DADAA.
- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day FlowLogic system requirements and NDIS Claims processes for DADAA sites (Midland, Lancelin and Fremantle).
- Identifies and reports on FlowLogic gaps and risks in relation to service delivery.
- Prepares and process work using well defined systems that provide DADAA with the evidence base required in support of all claims and invoices.
- Records management.
- Reconciling NDIS receipts to NDIS portal claims.

You will recognise that this means the role is crucial to ensuring that DADAA sites processes are accurate and harmonised.

**About you**
You already hold a similar position in administration in client services and are ready for a new and exciting challenge.

This means you will have:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administration or client services role.
- NDIS claims experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A work ethic of wanting to see an outcome for the client.
- Developed financial and data management skills from your previous work experiences.
- Emotional intelligence and empathy for others as a part of your normal behaviours.
- A people-focused approach to everything that you do.
- Sound understanding of the challenging circumstances that people with disabilities can be living with.
- The ability to exercise a high level of judgment and discretion.
- An analytical mind and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient computer software skills, including Outlook and Excel.

And finally, coming from a not-for-profit, finance, or accounting background is not essential but having a background in managing and working within a compliance framework (internally and externally) is going to be extremely well-regarded.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From $65,000.00 per year
