**The Centre**

Our Guardian Childcare & Education Rochedale South early learning centre offers world-class facilities and is conveniently situated for team members living near the northern suburbs of the City of Logan. Offering onsite parking, close proximity to public transport and a short drive to the local shopping centre.

Our exciting, resource-rich environments include:

- Four purpose-built indoor learning spaces to inspire wonder, curiosity; full of high quality educational resources
- Incredible programs such as Joy of Reading, Cooking, Outdoor Learning, Out & About Community Excursions, Sustainability and more
- Each age group has their own dedicated outdoor space, with an outdoor area that wraps around the entire Centre

**The Opportunity**

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning and development.
- Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check (QLD Blue Card).
