**Job description - Pastry Cutter & Machine Operator (Full time)**

**Responsibilities & duties**
The successful applicant will report into the Production Manager and will be required to:

- follow production processes
- carry out quality assurance of food products
- carry out general cleaning duties
- report any issues on the production line to the Production Manager
- follow & adhere to OH&S and food hygiene standards

**Required Skills**:
The successful applicant must possess the following skills:

- Strong work ethic
- Ability to undertake heavy lifting regularly (up to 20kg)
- Great attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment
- Ability to work overtime if and when required
