Are you a caring, supportive, reliable, person, who has a great attitude, who has a minimum of 3 COVID vaccines and the 2023 Flu Vaccine, or prepared to get them?

Our client, well-established Community Care, Aged Care, and Healthcare organisation is seeking new team members (trainees) to join their Aged Care team in Bendigo.

**No experience or qualification is required**, you will receive full on-the-job training, and be released (paid) to attend class to complete your Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33021).

If successful, you will be assisting the elderly in a Residential Aged Care setting, with their daily lifestyle and activities. We are expanding this team, to deal with the increase in new residents and the growth of the industry.

We are recruiting part-time Aged Care Workers, you will be offered a minimum of 20 hours (guaranteed) but can work up to 38 hours a week.

You will be partnered with a workplace Buddy/Mentor who will work with you to train you on the job, and support and guide you. You will also receive support from the Facility Leadership Team, Learning and Development Team, Registered Training Organisation, and Ternary - throughout your full traineeship.

- ** To access State Funding (for the training) must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen**:

- Have regular availability, to work AM shift 6:00am/7:00am to 2:00pm/2:30pm, PM shift 2:00pm/2:30pm to 9:00pm/9:30pm
- Be available a minimum of 3 - 4 days a week to work
- Have great communication skills
- Want to work with the elderly and with a great team.
