Located near Camden with an amazing history over more than 100 years, the organisation specialises in aged care and assisted living. **The Role**

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be leading an experienced team of 5 in the People & Culture team. The focus in the early days will be the ongoing challenge of workforce planning, reviewing the reward and recognition program and they are currently embarking on the roll out of new systems that you’ll be a part of - experience with UKG/Kronos would be a plus.
- Tasks and duties in your role will include:_
- Implementing best practice People & Culture strategies in collaboration with the CEO and Leadership team
- Providing IR and HR advice to executive team and management team and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Utilising your experience to deliver outcomes in relation to performance management, work health and safety, learning and development, leadership, coaching and mentoring etc.
- Developing and delivering reports and data analysis for key stakeholders on HR performance and outcomes
- Working collaboratively with the Leadership team on strategic initiatives and strategic direction for the organisation

**About You**
- To be successful in this role you will need:_
- A successful history as an HR Leader within a medium to large organisation (300 + staff), preferably from a Health/Healthcare, Aged Care or Community Services environment
- Experience delivering culture building and change management programs through effective engagement of stakeholders at various levels
- A collaborative approach, a desire to guide and mentor your team, along with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement
- To enjoy being involved with a broad range of contemporary HR and organisational development strategies
- Adaptable communication skills for engaging and influencing stakeholders at various levels
