**The Role**

The Executive Assistance & Support Officer provides a range of timely, expert and professional executive level administrative, secretarial and day-to-day operational support services to the Assessments Unit in the Complaints and Resolution Branch to facilitate the delivery of business operations and to support the Unit’s achievement of organisational activities. Provides a range of administrative support services including reporting, project management related activities and supporting quality assurance.

**About you**
- You have demonstrated experience providing administrative assistance to a team, including working on projects, writing standard correspondence which provide information on routine matters; researching issues relating to the work of the office; collecting and recording and interpreting data to draw out key information or identify patterns and trends.
- You have excellent organisation skills and are able to manage records and correspondence; coordinate travel arrangements, and schedule and support meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda.
- You have demonstrated experience dealing with sensitive or complex issues, which may involve balancing competing interests and brokering acceptable solutions to problems, consistent with office policies or priorities.
- You are flexible and experienced at working in an environment with fast changing, time-constrained tasking.
- You are confident in using Office technology and in maintaining and updating administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
