PRIMARY DETAIL

Assist the kitchen’s operations through basic food preparation and maintenance of the kitchen’s environment within a friendly, inclusive and supportive team.

THE ROLE

MGSM Hotel and Conference Centre is currently seeking casual Kitchen Hands to join our growing Food and Beverage team. This will be a great opportunity to work within a friendly and inclusive team in a fast-paced diverse culinary operation.

ABOUT YOU

You are an enthusiastic and motivated individual looking to join a friendly team and likes working with a regularly updated and exciting menu.

Duties include:
- Food safety preparation, ensuring all food and nutrition policies and procedures are adhered to- Ensuring all health and safety policies are followed and maintained at all times- Ability to work quickly and safely with mínimal supervision.- Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation- Ensure utensils, dishes and benches are clean and ready for use
