**About the Role**:
As the EL1 Assistant Director - Evidence Synthesis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting evidence reviews and primary research efforts, including systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and living reviews. Your contributions will directly influence our client's decision-making process by providing them with the best available research evidence. This junior leadership position offers the opportunity to lead and manage a team, set priorities, and ensure efficient workflows. You will exercise autonomy, initiative, and judgement to interpret legislation and policy, driving outcomes within the functions.

**About You**:

- Effective Communicator: Skill in preparing and presenting research reports for various stakeholders.
- Team Player: Experience in supervising and supporting junior staff, contributing to team growth.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with research software and platforms for maintaining project-related records.
