As a part of continuous growth, they are currently seeking a **Customer Service Representative** to join their team in **West Perth.**

**About the role**
This multifaceted role will see you act as the first point of contact for customers and logistics providers. You will provide administrative support to the leadership team and their account managers.

As a part of your day-to-day duties, you will liaise and follow up with customers to ensure they are provided with the highest possible quality customer service, along with this, you will handle complaints and queries. Using your fantastic attention to detail, you will create quotes, and process purchase orders and invoices.

In addition, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Maintaining customer records and reports
- Coordinating technical registers and KPI’s
- Identifying process improvements
- Assisting with departmental and regional projects

**About you**
You will have a proactive approach to customer service and a keen ability to problem solve.
