**ABOUT THE ALLIED HEALTH HUB MORAYFIELD**

Allied Health Hub Morayfield (AHHM) is building a cutting-edge allied health clinic with strong client partnerships and a focus on integrated care. AHHM’s focus is to optimise client’s physical, social and mental well-being through a multidisciplinary approach, building a team consisting of:

- Physiotherapists
- Dietitians
- Podiatrists
- Psychologists
- Psychiatrist
- Speech Pathologists
- Occupational Therapists

AHHM is building a suite of offerings that includes in-clinic, mobile/in home services. AAHM will have a focus on NDIS service offerings but will be serving all client types.

AHHM is currently seeking passionate and experienced Exercise Physiologists to join our team where you will enjoy working in AHHM’s state-of-the-art clinic, located within Health Hub Morayfield. Also situated on site, you will find a childcare centre, café, and parking for your convenience.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will understand the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and strive to optimise their physical, social, and psychological well-being through a multidisciplinary approach. It is important that you display exceptional communication and time management skills and are able to work autonomously as well as part of an allied health team.

Specific duties include:

- Manage your day-to-day client caseload to support positive outcomes
- Provide client-driven, evidence-based therapy services to clients
- Provide accurate, timely and high-quality reports and maintain accurate documentation of client progress
- Onsite work with the potential for mobile work

It is essential you have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology and ESSA Accreditation
- Passion for supporting individuals to maximise their independence and realise their full potential
- Willingness to learn and be adaptable
- Unrestricted rights to work in Australia
