A major part of our business at **IQVIA** **is providing healthcare data to our clients via business intelligence solutions. We empower our clients with insightful data, offering them ongoing support to make informed decisions. We are experiencing strong growth in our Consumer Health offerings, recently expanding into the cosmetics and beauty products space. To facilitate continued growth, there is a need to review and improve our classification and product attributes of consumer health items, particularly items related to beauty. This role will assist client onboarding efforts by refining Category Definition Documents in consultation with clients, coordinating category clean up and segmentation work with the offshore team and providing quality control on the work output by the offshore team. This work not only enhances our client’s understanding of their market position but also provides them with the knowledge to drive their business forward.

The project involves research, categorisation, and justification of our choices. We’ll be classifying items from vitamins to accessories. A key part of our work will be researching and classifying product attributes such as brands, sub-brands, manufacturer, use cases and target consumer. Proactively identify quality issues with existing classification and product attributes
- Coordinate and direct category clean up and segmentation efforts of the offshore team
- Quality check and sign off on the work output by the offshore team
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Data Validations)
- Advantage to have profiency/experience in manipulating data with python

**Qualifications**:

- Degree qualified in a relevant IT/Technical/Scientific
- 3+ years of experience within a data cleaning/processing team, with focus on technology solutions
- Technical proficiency in SQL, python

- _ (Desirable)_ Experience of working with healthcare and pharmaceutical data assets
