**About the role**

As a Software Testing Analyst at Water Corporation, you’ll be one of our 800 professionals who work with 7 different groups, 50 functions, and 3,800 employees every day. This is an opportunity to work alongside and learn from creative, talented colleagues, who bring a range of diverse perspectives to work each day.

Your days are interesting, varied and challenging. We are introducing a new testing capability to the business and you will be in the unique position to influence and embed the growth and development of this new in-house testing capability.

Your focus will be to plan, test and coordinate the delivery of system changes and provide Application Software Testing services to ensure efficient, stable, and high-quality outcomes for the Corporation and to our customers

**What the role will involve**
- Developing, maintaining, and promoting Water Corporation software test standards, framework and procedures
- Providing expert knowledge and administration of the tool that supports software testing
- Provide Level 2 and 3 support for software testing; and coach / mentor business analysts to provide Level 1.5 support

**Key skills and experience**
- Experience in managing the test processes within the Software Development Lifecycle including the development, maintenance and promotion of relevant standards and procedures
- Experience in the use of test tools to manage test suites and traceability of tests to requirements
- Well-developed verbal and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate with a range of individuals in a variety of contexts and demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documents
- The ability to work autonomously, positively and productively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- ISQTB and ITIL foundation certified will be an added advantage
