**About the opportunity**

The Lifestyle Assistant will enjoy assisting with the development, implementation, evaluation and continuous improvement of social and leisure programs under the guidance of the Lifestyle Co-Ordinator.

In your new role you will ensure each individual client has a current and accurate lifestyle assessment and a documented plan for recreational activities consistent with the lifestyle assessment and care plan.

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar position as a Lifestyle Assistant in Aged Care (desirable)
- Qualifications, Certificate IV or Diploma in Lifestyle and Leisure or equivalent
- Have a creative flair for inclusive interesting programs
- The ability to work within a team and communicate effectively
- Current First Aid Certificate and CPR
- NDIS Worker screening or willing to obtain
- Covid and Flu Vaccination (highly encouraged)
