**A bit about the role**

The Recruitment Partner is focused on finding sustainable employment outcomes for participants within an associated program by actively identifying opportunities with local employers through business development and securing placements.

**Key requirements for this role**
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development ( highly resireable )
- Proven experience in job seeker service delivery and mentoring
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain employer relationships and determine key decision-makers.

**A bit about you**

Your passionate about working with young people and have the experience to back it up. You have demonstrated business development and promotional skills to secure new and repeat business. You have a solid understanding of people centred case management principles including barrier management.

You know not every day will be the same, you can switch from providing support to a service user, to doing your data entry in the blink of an eye. Changing lives is your passion but you still embrace rolling up your sleeves and mucking in to get the job done.
