Schwartz is searching for a highly organised and motivated receptionist to join our dynamic team of 80.

The successful applicant will report to the office manager and have excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills and will be responsible for greeting all visitors to _Black Inc. _, _The Monthly _, _The Saturday Paper _and _7am _at our Collingwood office.

This is an entry-level position and a perfect foot in the door to the fast-paced and exciting media industry.
- an interest in media and a capacity to work self-sufficiently
- good presentation
- at least two to three years’ experience in the workforce
- excellent organisational and time-management skills
- strong technological skills
- experience with Microsoft Office suite of products including Word and Excel

This is a part-time position, based at our offices in Collingwood, Victoria. As a front of house position, there is no working from home flexibility with this role. This role is performed in a job shared capacity and is for the hours 8am - 2.30pm Monday to Wednesday.
