**FULL TIME POSITION (38+ HRS/WEEK) - SALARY $ 80,000 - 90,000 PLUS SUPER**
We're looking for a facility manager to join our ever-growing team.
**About us**
Stoneworld is one of Australia’s leading tile and surfaces suppliers, with a wealth of experience, operating nationwide. With more than 36 years of experience, Stoneworld is a company with a rich history, supplying the Australian building industry with a great range of quality tiles.
Stoneworld has offices and warehouse operations in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia; with distribution channels across the rest of Australia.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinating and leading internal transport, warehousing and other operational staff
- Management of all facets of warehousing functions
- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environments in compliance with existing regulations within the state
- Liaise with our delivery sub-contractors and courier for efficient deliveries to our customers
- Maintain all warehouse equipment to optimum operational conditions
- Ensure warehouse space is utilized to maximum efficiency
**Applications are invited for**:
- Minimum Diploma degree of Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as warehouse assistant facility manager
**Skill and Knowledge**:
- Excellent skills in all aspects of Management
- Proven skills in managing staff and warehouse
- Extensive experience in Communication skills
- Highly developed ability to work and lead a team
- Extensive knowledge of other cultures and ability to interact sensitively with clients and staffs from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability for continuous improvements
- Basic computer skills are required for this job, as you will be using Microsoft Office softwares, as well as taught to use ClearTile, a system specifically designer for tile industries.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
