**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking a Manager, Disability and Accessibility Services to join Student Services, Student Services and Wellbeing, Administrative Division.

The Manager, Disability and Accessibility Services works collaboratively with the Student Services team to promote support services for students and to provide leadership, coordination, advice and partnership-building across QUT. Specifically, the position oversees disability and accessibility services delivered to students including effectively leading and managing the Disability and Accessibility team.

The Manager, Disability and Accessibility Services works collaboratively with the Student Services team to promote support services for students and to provide leadership, coordination, advice and partnership-building across QUT.

Specifically, the position oversees disability and accessibility services delivered to students including effectively leading and managing the Disability and Accessibility team..

**What you need to succeed**
- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of a postgraduate qualification combined with extensive relevant experience.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills to effectively communicate complex information with stakeholders and audiences (internal and external) from diverse backgrounds and levels of seniority, and to establish operational and strategic partnerships across organisational boundaries.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and analyse complex organisational issues,related to employment or educational equity, and develop relevant policy and strategic responses for university consideration.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing a team to deliver high quality.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams in a large organisation, within established policy frameworks with delegated authority.
- Proven knowledge and understanding of policy, legislation, and current issues related to disability services and education in the higher education sector.
