**Position: Duty Manager** - Full time

**Location**:Black Rock

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of True South restaurant.
- Manage and coordinate events/functions in the Bay View Room upstairs.
- Supervise and lead a fun and charismatic team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff for seamless operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards.
- Assist in staff training and development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role
- An understanding of venue operations and legal compliance
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
