**About the Opportunity**

A unique opportunity has arisen to join our Tooth Booth group as Practice Principle. This position would be 4 to 5 days per week including some Saturdays.

We are a group of family focused practices offering a wide range of general and cosmetic dental treatments for all ages. Our team and friendly and welcoming and are focused on patient centred care to ensure an enjoyable time in our practice for all patients.

We offer modern facilities, with busy patient books, plus the added advantage of being based in a shopping centre we see a lot of foot traffic come in.

**We provide a range of ongoing support and training to ensure the continued success of our Lead Practitioners, which includes**:

- Operational support to improve practice performance
- Marketing initiatives on a local level
- IT support and a dedicated system administration support

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role you will need:

- A willingness to grow, learn and develop your leadership and clinical competencies
- Current AHPRA registration as a Dental Practitioner
- Highly skilled in all areas of Dentistry
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, including co-workers, patients, parent’s and other health professionals
- Excellent infection control knowledge and practices
- Initiative, great organisation skills, the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
- A can do attitude
- Willingness to have fun with your peers
