This role will play an integral part in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests through displaying exceptional customer service and sound beverage knowledge at the renowned Nobu Restaurant.

**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- 1 + years of Strong Bar Experience and/or Cocktail, Champagne and Wine knowledge
- Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends & public holidays
- Experience in providing elevated customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Ability to maintain high and consistent standards at all times
