Box Sorter

The responsibilities of the job of sorting boxes using a scanner will typically include:
Operating a scanner to read barcodes on boxes and sorting them according to their destination.

Operating a forklift to move the pallets to their designated location.

Keeping track of inventory and ensuring accuracy in scanning and sorting of boxes.

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Work timing can change depends on the truck arrival.

Following safety procedures and guidelines when operating machinery and equipment.

Proficiency in using a scanner to read barcodes and sort boxes.

Knowledge and experience in operating a forklift, with a valid forklift license.

Basic computer skills to input and retrieve information from a database or inventory management system.

Attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy.

Good communication skills to coordinate with other team members and supervisors.

NOTE: You will be working in a coolroom.

**Salary**: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:
