Hudson RPO is thrilled to invite you to express your interest to join a very new solution partnering with a global player within the consumer sector.

Please note this will be a hybrid working arrangement and you will need to work onsite a minimum of 3 days a week ( Melbourne CBD skirts).

**What you will be doing**:

- End to end recruitment providing direction to HM's and HRBPs on the most effective go to market strategy.
- Its a new solution, so building trust with stakeholders through market and industry knowledge as well as the delivery of outcomes will be essential to your success not only as an individual contributor but to the overall solution
- Recruitment across a dedicated portfolio or business unit alignment
- Managing mid to senior level roles
- Delivering a best practice talent sourcing and attraction recruitment process

**Who you are**:

- An experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional looking to make a move and join a brand new solution where you will be exposed to building a function from the ground up
- An exceptional communicator, you will have strong influencing capability, a proactive approach and a touch of resilience, new solutions bring new challenges, especially when you need to take your stakeholders on a journey that will be entirely new to them
- A true business partner, you will need to collaborate with your HRBP's and build credibility, as well as work in cohesion with your team mates
- You are energised to take on this challenging new role, you are positive and passionate about RPO and the amazing impact an onsite solution can deliver for our clients. You focus on adding value and delivering results.
