**About the Role**

This is a desktop role, in the office inclusive of a small team environment. You will be work closely with our internal restoration team, coordinators, managers, builders, external contractors, property owners and our customers who represent insurance companies to manage and deliver quality repairs. You will need to be a team leader, have excellent written and verbal communication skills to guide the building & construction restoration and repairs process for our customers. This role reports directly to the National Operations Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaison with technicians, insurance companies, homeowners, internal staff and external contractors.
- Tracking progress and monitoring on-site safety, compliance and workmanship.
- Monitoring the scope of works, variations and quotes as per scale costs.
- Managing project files and updating our internal job management systems.
- Maintain regular contact with our customers on behalf of insurance partners.
- Approving and maintaining all quoted works to ensure the quotes are delivered on time.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small office.

**Attitude, Skills and Experience**
- Experience working in the restoration, residential building or Insurance industry is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple departments within a small team environment.
- Experience demonstrating building & construction knowledge across projects/jobs.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
- Have competent computer literacy, including administrative and organizational skills.
- Have the right attitude and willingness to learn new things.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Building / Construction Management: 3 years (preferred)
- Management: 3 years (required)
- Insurance Building: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- Building/Construction or Management Certificates (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
