At DHL, we’re growing and we are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic individual with experience as a Project Coordinator who can manage a project from initiation to completion.

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to the Operation Excellence team
- Schedule and manage tasks for different members and stakeholders
- Capture and distribute meeting minutes and key outputs
- Maintain project documentation including project trackers, Gantt charts, and action registers
- Coordinate data inputs for project reporting and key stakeholder sessions
- Serve as a liaison and point of contact for key stakeholders, both internal and external to the business

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in a Project Coordinator or Junior Project Manager role
- Strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
- Experience with project governance, including meeting coordination, progress reporting, and business updates
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different audiences both internal and external
- Experience working with Technology, Transport, and/or Warehouse teams
- High attention to detail; able to identify risks, issues, and dependencies
