Focusing on a learning culture of growth-mindset and purposeful academic engagement, our staff work collaboratively in providing the highest level of Academic Care, enabling students to achieve outstanding growth active participation in their own learning. The School offers both the HSC and International Baccalaureate Diploma credential. While experience teaching IB curriculum is advantageous, the School will provide professional development for an outstanding educator.

The role will be offered as a permanent appointment to our teaching staff and accompanied with a 3 year contract as Head of Faculty-PDHPE.

- Strategise to achieve long term goals that benefit the PDHPE Faculty
- Respond with agility to day to day demands
- Bring a natural attention to detail to administrative
- Analyse data and understand complex information
- Make considered, objective and practical decisions

Our **Head of Faculty-PDHPE** role requires an established leader looking for a new challenge or a highly accomplished teacher ready to step into leadership. Post Graduate qualifications in educational leadership and/or a relevant specialty would be beneficial (but not essential).
