Labourpower Trade are seeking **General Hand labourers** for casual ongoing work based in Milperra.

This position is working within the metal recycling industry, our client specialises in the buying and selling of scrap metals.

**The responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Keeping the site clean
- Material sorting
- Loading and Unloading
- General Labouring

**To be successful for this position**:

- MUST be reliable
- MUST have previous sorting/ metal experience
- willingness to learn
- Be reliable and excellent attendance for work
- Ability to learn new processes on site
- MUST be able to pass a pre-employment medical including a drug & alcohol test

This position has the opportunity to transition into permanency after the probationary period.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- General hand/labouring: 1 year (preferred)
