**In this role, you'll**:
You will work in the Transport Asset Revitalisation Program (TARP), a Real Estate focused agency that manages and assess’ assets to prepare them for divestment and investment.

Working within a small team, you will be supporting senior management on new transactions, portfolio reviews, and supporting development and transaction management activities.

Your challenge will include financial modelling and analysis of direct real estate development assets using both Excel and Estate Master software to prepare desktop analysis through to detailed feasibility to inform investment, structuring, negotiation and divestment decisions

You will establish and develop partnerships with key stakeholders both internal to TfNSW and external within state government and professional services firms.

Fixed term opportunity till 31/12/25

Role description.

**About you**

You will have experience in a medium to large organisation ideally within real estate investment, management or development.

Tertiary qualifications in a Commerce, Business or Real Estate discipline desirable

Financial modelling experience essential as well as detailed knowledge and use of Estate Master and advanced Excel

A background in buy side / sell side real estate, management consulting or investment banking experience viewed positively

You will be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail
