Accounts Payable - Part-Time Role

**Position description**
**part-time (3 days per week)** and will be on-site for the three days.

**Reporting to the AP Manager, your responsibilities include**:

- Managing the accounts payable inbox.
- Printing, sorting and distributing invoices to the accounts payable team of 5.
- Processing invoices for the national, small branches
- Reconciliations
- Vendor supplier queries
- Ad hoc tasks
- assisting the overall team.

**The successful applicant should have**:

- Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Proactive and curious to solve issues and answer questions
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication skills, positive energy
- Friendly personality to fit team-based environment.
