Educator in Childcare

Little Bright Explorers is a privately owned, boutique early learning centre in Como. Our unique and respectful approach to education and care has enabled us to develop a trusting and communicative environment where all children, families and educators feel the security of a home away from home. We view children as competent and seek to provide the highest level of education and care to children and families.

**We are seeking a room leader for our Kindy room.**

Our service caters to 25 Kindy children, and the room is assisted by an ECT and assistance educator.

**Essential Criteria**
- A respectful and nurturing approach to education and care
- A relevant Diploma Level qualification
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willing to obtain)
- Strong leadership and organisation skills
- knowledge of EYLF and NQS
- Expercience in leadership and management of room

**Salary**: $24.44 - $31.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
