We have oppurtnity for Temp to Perm or Full-time Permanent Accounts Assistant to assist with admin, invoicing and customer service tasks
- Villawood Location
- $35/h + Super
- Accounts, admin and office support

**Duties**:

- Invoicing
- Accounts Receivable
- Statements
- Supplier reconciliation
- Daily bank reconciliation & remittances
- End of month reconciliation
- BAS, PAYG & Super preparation
- Inventory management
- Accounts Payable
- Payroll
- Weekly & Monthly Financial reports

**Essential Requirements**:

- Accounts or invoicing experience
- Experience using Excel
- Excellent presentation
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Exposure to accounting programs (myob/xero) is Desirable
- Can do’ cooperative approach to work

Mon-Fri, 9am - 2:30pm (flexible)
