**Key Responsibilities**:

- Positively influencing and delivering sales results
- Ensuring stores are fully operational and maintained at all times
- Stock management; ordering inventory and day-to-day stock management at a store level
- Merchandising and marketing
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience culture
- Inspiring leadership skills and ability to develop your team, including hiring
- Attending conferences and training sessions as required
- Reporting to Franchisees periodically
- Adhere to company WHS policies and procedures, by both observing and practicing safe work methods

**Required skills/ attributes**:

- Retail sales experience
- Experience in a similar role
- Analytical approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of time management skills
- Passion for the Pandora brand and luxury products
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and training of all new team members
- Ability to adapt quickly and be flexible to changing business needs
