We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Officer, Treasury Settlements - Hybrid** based in **Sydney**, **Australia**. **In this role, you're expected to**:
Our Operations and Technology team builds, supports, and delivers the infrastructure, security and operational elements that empower Citi to pursue our mission of enabling growth and economic progress. Our teams are embedded in the functions and businesses to deliver the optimal tools and environments, allowing Citi to be the best for our clients.
- Process securities and treasury transactions. Provide analytic input for traders and aid in review of Treasury.
- Identify and resolve Treasury settlement issues and make process improvement recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze moderately complex reports to satisfy management requirements, aid in control, activities, and contribute to the launch of product services.
- Monitor and suggest solutions to errors to minimize risk to the bank, through an intermediate knowledge of procedural requirements.
- Escalate transaction processing issues to the appropriate department and collaborate on a solution.
- Design and analyze moderately complex reports, in coordination with standards set by direct leadership.
- Assist with control activities, and the launch of new products and services.
- Ensure processes adhere to audit and control policies.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
- Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting, and regulatory policies
- Knowledge of Treasury, Derivatives and FX products
- Understanding of SWIFT Payments, Exigo / Austraclear, NZ Clear and Rits
