- **We are on the hunt for an Assistant Account Executive/Junior Broker to join our client's growing team**

Our client is looking for someone that has some broking experience eager to take the next step in their career and take on their own portfolio or has insurance sales and service or claims experience and is wanting to branch out into commercial insurance.

You'll be working alongside experienced brokers, have exposure to a wide variety of clients and insurance products be given great mentoring whilst given autonomy.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Assist 3 brokers manage a portfolio of commercial clients
- Process new business quotes, renewals, endorsements, claims and queries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and underwriters
- Provide risk management advice and comprehensive insurance knowledge to clients
- Maintain industry/market knowledge

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Insurance experience preferred but not necessary
- A willingness to learn and be flexible in a growing and innovative environment
- The ability to build strong client relationships
- A genuine interest to become a broker
