Myassista In Home Care is a growing business serving clients across the Gold Coast, Logan and Scenic Rim areas.

We are looking for people to join the team who have a genuine desire to help others and know that helping a client can be anything from shopping, cleaning, transport, meal preparation, personal care or whatever the client requests.

You have experience working with mental health clients, working with individuals across a range of ages and are comfortable working independently. You are solutions focused and professional, punctual and respectful. This particular vacancy is for a team member based on the Lamb Island.

You must have excellent communication skills, your own vehicle which is insured, and be available to work flexible hours to suit client needs. Must be available to work Monday and Friday every week. Hours with grow with the role.

Qualifications & experience

You MUST hold the following:

- Certificate III in Individual Support - Ageing/HACC/Disability or equivalent or Working towards
- Blue Card/Yellow Card/Worker Screening Clearance
- National Police clearance
- First Aid and CPR
- Be experienced in manual handling - eg: hoists
- COVID Vaccinated

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift

- First Aid Certification (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Certificate III in Disability/Individual Support (preferred)
- Blue Card/Yellow Car/NDIS worker screening card (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 28/02/2024
