- This is your chance to contribute to an organisation which focuses on it’s people and culture, listening to our clients and developing our platforms to better serve our clients.- You will be responsible for providing high quality operational and technical management of the ServiceNow Platform. Up to date maintenance on the ServiceNow platform and leverage as much as possible the use of the standards within the platform and minimize custom development. You will work closely with other workstream leads to define, develop, implement and embed support processes. You will make a difference by:
- Driving the Service management tool to deliver effective and efficient services including ongoing tool training and knowledge transfer
- Monitoring Catalogue Items usage and taking action to keep it accurate and meaningful
- Maintaining the product currency, coordinating a twice-yearly upgrade
- Managing the demands portfolio relative to the solution, (assess, evaluate, prioritize, coordinate)
- Defining the content of development cycles based on priorities
- Validating the cost of the requests to the business in accordance with Finance
- Creating a clear development roadmap for the year ahead broken down by quarter
- Developing the automation and integration of the platform with other tools

**A little bit about you**
- IT degree and extensive experience working within the Service Now platform
- Experience in managing a team of 5-10 people in a service management environment
- Proficiency with ServiceNow, specifically ITSM, ITOM, BSM and SAM knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
