Hydraulic Technician

ACE Materials Handling Pty Ltd is an Australian owned engineering and materials handling company that has been operating since 1991 with branches in Sydney, Newcastle, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Gladstone, Cairns, Brendale, Darwin and Townsville.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented Mechanical/Hydraulic Technician to be part our Gold Coast/Northern NSW team. You will be responsible for the delivery of inspection, maintenance and repair services to our customers across multiple industries. This role will see the technician completing inspections, maintenance & repairs on a broad range of materials handling equipment. We welcome trades staff with hydraulic experience and/or qualifications who are looking to broaden their experience with a variety of client sites and equipment within marina and industrial style environments.

- Hold a current Mechanical Trade cert (Diesel Fitter, Mechanical Fitter, Vehicle Mechanic or similar)
- White card (or ability to obtain)
- Current Driver’s License
- Great customer focus and skills
- Excellent time management
- Administratively competent at completing paperwork
- Positive attitude and approach to challenges

Desired but not essential qualifications/experience for this role:

- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Hydraulic qualifications or experience
- EWP License
- Working at Heights Certificate
