Byron Central Hospital, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service Manager is seeking an Administrative Support Officer to provide secretariat and administrative support to the Service Manager and the Clinical Director of the Alcohol and Other Drugs Services in a professional, efficient and effective capacity.

**_If you have:_**
- Experience in an administration role supporting a senior manager with a high level of confidentiality, privacy and security
- High level of computer skills, including experience in word processing, spreadsheets and current recruitment, payroll and purchasing systems
- Ability to coordinate, prioritise and complete work assignments within tight timeframes with the ability to exercise autonomy and initiative to ensure quality outcomes while managing changing priorities to assist with the management of risk
- Ability to work effectively within a team and build and maintain positive internal and external relationships with relevant stakeholders
