About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide high level administrative support and coordination for the Medical Workforce Medical Services Team.
About you
- Provide effective coordination of appointment/contract processes, collaborating and communicating with the medical workforce units across Metro North.
- Comply with and provide accurate advice in relation to policies and procedures, regulations and standards which impact upon the process of appointments/contracts, including regular reports.
- Manage external and internal relationships effectively, provide high quality support, and act as a key point of contact and resource person for senior appointments/contracts.
- Maintain contemporary knowledge in relation to policies, regulations, legislations and or standards which impact appointments/contracts in collaboration with the Metro North Senior Advisor - Medical Workforce and Education.
- Manage the Students in Medicine casual pool to maximise both the Students in Medicine experience and the benefits to receiving medical units
