**Ordinary hours of work**: Our cafes are staffed between 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday. After-hours work will be required for Member Events. In addition to ordinary hours of work, you are expected to attend the biannual strategy gathering

**Purpose of your role**:
Our Front Of House/Barista is a key member of the hospitality team, bringing high-quality service and flawless coffee to our members and their guests while in our popular in-house cafés.

**About the role**:
Our Barista will produce consistently high-quality coffee in our high-traffic environments while delivering great service and experiences to every member and showing great teamwork, skills and time-management. In this role you will:

- Make consistently amazing coffee
- Connect with members and provide positive memorable service
- Handle on-the-go food and beverages to members and their guests.
- Provide assistance with events, meetings spaces, and catering for guests when required

**About You**:

- 2+ years experience in a similar face paced role
- High-standard barista skills on a commercial machine
- Exceptional customer service, with a customer first attitude.
- Latte art capabilities
- Calm in high volume rushes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience following health & safety policies and procedures, legislation, and standards.
- Flexible to work occasional after hours events
