We require an Exercise Physiologist to come on board and have the ability to meet our clients in their homes to provide assessments and support. The role will increase in workload over time as we initially review the quality of work.
The role involves providing rehab and exercise programs to participants of the NDIS or the elderly community in their home.

Please keep this mind this role is a casual role, with the role starting with one client a week as we build up our clientele.

**Responsibilities**:

- Tailored exercise therapy and promotion
- Provision of comprehensive functional and environmental assessments
- Comprehensive written reports
- Post fall and general assessments
- Clear, frequent and open communication between patient, support coordinators and families
- Tailored exercise therapy and promotion

**Conditions of Employment**:

- Full AHPRA registration as an EP
- Active Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Car license and a car
