We require a Lead Fabricator to join our small but fast growing team. We are a specialty design and fabrication firm working on with a wide range of projects, methodologies and materials. If you like variety then you come join us

We are looking for someone with excellent core skills in metal fabrication covering stainless steel, aluminium & mild steel. MIG& TIG experience and an eye for a high quality fit and finish are essential. Additional side skills in timber would be an advantage but not a deal breaker.

If you're a great communicator, have strong problem solving skills and are not afraid to try something new, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Developing and executing fabrication strategies for each unique project
- Organising and supervising team members as you execute your own work
- Fabrication with in S.S, Mild & Ali.
- Finishing & polishing work where required
- Forklift operation
- Loading and offloading deliveries
- Maintaining workshop consumables
- Being a leader on the workshop floor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 18/11/2024
