**Position: Network Analyst**

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the analysis, design, testing, and evaluation of network systems ensuring smooth operation of POS systems, delivery robots, and more.
- Engage in network modelling, focusing on capacity needs tailored for our POS systems and e-commerce infrastructures.
- Research, recommend, and install network hardware and software solutions, enhancing the efficiency of our flagship POS system.
- Bolster network security, protecting our valued system data from potential threats.
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, coordinating with IT support for prompt resolution.
- Cultivate client relationships, supervise new software/hardware installations, and liaise with POS system vendors.
- Offer expert technical advice on network matters to our sales, support, and repair center teams.
- Guarantee the unfaltering operation of network systems that support our myriad of services.
- Oversee weekly client backups, maintaining high uptime and delivering consistent quality.

**Main Tasks**:

- Create customized Point of Sale system/network solutions tailored to individual client needs.
- Configure I-POS machine displays and software, ensuring they align with client specifications.
- Personally attend client sites to oversee the setup and installation of the I-POS machines and associated hardware.
- Guarantee the unwavering functionality of the I-POS machine network.
- Provide solutions for any I-POS network complications.
- Assess and ensure optimal performance of the network infrastructure of the I-POS machines.
- Deliver timely recommendations for network operations.
- Actively seek opportunities for improvements and advancements in the I-POS network.

**Qualifications**:

- At least a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Computer Systems.

**Skills**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proficient understanding of network infrastructure and hardware.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and manage network infrastructure devices.
- Deep knowledge of network infrastructure protocols.
- Exceptional problem-solving aptitude.
- Capable of thriving in a team-based, dynamic environment.

**Experience**

Experience with networking or programming, or in a related discipline for at least 2 years.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:
