About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to;
- Provide specialist clinical analytical and reporting services to support Service Improvement, Performance Improvement and Quality Management at all levels within the organisation.
- The role is a direct support to Management, Service Line Leads, Safety and Quality Coordinators and clinical areas in the collection, analysis and reporting of data to enable effective decision making.
- The position is also responsible for supporting change management systems through maintenance, monitoring and reporting of actions and recommendations throughout all levels of the organisation.

About you
- Provide support and advice to all levels of staff through the provision of clinical information and reporting on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- Demonstrate highly effective interpersonal skills at all levels across the organisation, including consultation and presentation skills, with a proven ability in negotiation to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain safety and quality information for effective reporting and analysis, which can be reported to the MNHHS Board, MNHHS Executive Monthly Performance Review, monthly Service Line Performance Meetings, National Standards Governing Committees and other areas, as required.
- Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, using quality improvement tools and strategies. These include clinical and non-clinical redesign, lean thinking, change management, risk management, project management and methodology.
